i agree...i don' think we could ask for a better case. and i think the current supreme court would rule correctly. this is the perfect case...and this is a good time.
i am seriously considering not renewing my membership to the NRA because of their attempts to derail this case.
btw, you know the anti's don't want this case to go before the court...they want the 2nd amendment to be decided in a case where some idiot shot some kid.
