Well, the problem is PA does not publish its laws on the internet. You have to rely on someone else to host a site that does. There are two that I have found;
http://www.packing.org and
http://members.aol.com/StatutesPA/Index.html The problem with these is that they may not be up to date. The second one was last updated in 2004.
