Default Selling a pistol to a New York resident?
I live in NE PA and would like to sell my pistol to a New York state resident. According to NYS laws I am unable to transport my pistol into NY for any reason except for competition. Does anyone know how I could do this? Am also wondering if this would involve both a NY and PA FFL dealer? If so that would tack extra $$ onto the deal.
