1) No. It requires a seperate inquiry to be run through dispatch.
2) There is nothing attached to the LTCF other than the information provided when you obtained the license.
3) The only thing "linked" to the person are handguns bought or transfered in PA through a dealer. The running of a serial number does not link anything to a person.
