A totally "cold" classroom allows us to ensure that we don't have anyone ND a gun. Unfortunately in the past I have announced that we should be "cold" only to have a person sitting in the class draw their gun and proceed to unload it.
We'll go over all of this before the course starts. It's a safety thing.
