No I am not going to threaten him. I just want to know exactly what my options are. I don't want to be thinking I CAN sue his ass if I have no grounds. IANAL you know... but this shit is RIDICULOUS. He has NO GROUNDS for this. I know it's at "his discretion" but then he needs that checked out because I didn't DO anything except OC at a soccer game and someone didn't like it.
