Default Re: Why doesn't Ohio and PA have reciprocity?

I just don't get why an LtCF is not like a driver's license other than it is to permit you to do something protected by the constitution. My MD driver's license was good for me to drive in PA while I was a student and my PA driver's license is good for me to drive in MD, DE, and NJ. I know driving in not a right, but why does the government granting me a privlage carry over, but when the government grants me permission to exercise a constitutional right that does not carry over to other states. Is there a thread discussing LtCF and a movement to allow for national recognition? Could the requirements be standardized so that all states would recognize the license?
