I believe the usual question is "are you currently under indictment" or "have you ever been CONVICTED". Very few circumstances can ARRESTED be used against you. Unfortunately, in the issuance of an LTCF, a Sheriff may use this to form a basis for a denial. Right or wrong, it may enter into it.
