I know that the few times that he had to get a background check, he put that he has not been arrested and like I said, it has always come back clean. The lawyer who handled his expungement told him that he can just put no for being arrested since it would not and should not come back on the background check.
But I would like to get a clear answer for him before he goes to apply.
