Default Questions about Carry License and expungement
Question,

I have a friend who wants to get his LTCF. He was arrested over a year ago (first time offender) and since then has had his records expunged. He has gotten background checks and everything checks out.

My question is, If he goes to get his LTCF and buy a pistol, he should not have a problem with this, correct?

He asked me and I am not to sure. I would think since it was expunged and he has had background checks for work and everything came back clean, then he should not have a problem getting his LTCF and buying a firearm.

Anyone with info about this would be appreciated.
