I have bad news.
I had a mishap with that holster shortly after I posted the last picture. Unfortunately, it couldn't be fixed.
BUT, I also have good news. You were worried, weren't you? I made another. I've sort of been dragging my feet with posting pictures of the progress, but I finally dyed it today. Just needs wet formed to your Kahr. The belt loops will fit up to a 2" belt, which would actually measure around 1 15/16". Your tacti-gay belt will work
