HB 1845 has the amendment for the state parks and LTCF permits. Original bill was HB 1292 Licenses, construction, Department of Conservation and Natural Resources, regulate the possession of firearms.

Even IF HB1845 with its state park amendment would not get signed into law.

We would still be good to go in national parks in PA IF the proposed regulations are put into place.
