What if cop misses (you know they do shoot 30-40 rounds A YEAR)... I don't want some ACT 120 hero popping caps in MY HOOD.

Some most people think the officer is a hero... OK... next time its your kid running away at a kegger and grabs his cell phone.. and well, you know the rest.
OK, let's not let facts get in the way here. A legit packer would not start running at the discovery of his/ her piece, they'd be very cooperative because they are abiding. Second, if your (Or My) kid is running from the police with their hand on their cellphone shouting I have a gun, I'm going to be more angry with her than the officials. Now as far as him Not being a threat, please complete the following exercise. Stand-up, step away from the computer, twisting only the upper torso, point your strong arm to your rear. How long does it take you to move your hand from the one o'clock position on your belt (as if drawing from Mexican Carry Position) to the point and aim at your rear? Now tell me he's not a threat, his OWN Witness stated he had his hand on the gun the whole time.
