As another poster said a LTCF is not required to OC except in Philly, which I of course know. I only mentioned the out of state permit because the OP mentioned it.
Regardless if the OP had ANY permit/license at all, he was legal to open carry his firearm...as long as he wasn't a prohibited person...which apparently he is not.
