Sorry to hear the short - or any version of what happened to you.
Coupla quick thoughts.
o What ever U and your lawyer talk about and plans you 2 make should be between U 2. I'm not saying don't share with PA Patriot or some selected others, but lose lips can sink ships.
o If all works out correctly, open an IRA for your early retirement.
edit - ... and I see you have already received advice about client attorney conversations/plans.
