Do you think there would be a charge of public disturbance or disturbing the peace or something like that?
OC a pistol and you get some crazy stories of people saying (from what I have read on this message board) that people claimed they were waving their gun around when in fact they were not, people just seem to over exaggerate when they see a gun in public not on a LEO.
Seeing someone walking down front street with an AR or AK, people would claim you were a terrorist.
