Open Carry AK?
I posted this in the General Section and thought I could post here too:
I was down at the Dauphin county courthouse today and picked up a booklet on PA Firearm Laws.
In there it defines firearm as a pistol or revolver with a barrel length 15" or smaller, shotgun with a barrel length of 18" or smaller, and a rifle with 16" or smaller barrel length OR any gun whose overall size is less than 26".
My question is, am I able to open or conceal carry an AK-47 / WASR / AKM / AR15 etc?
Could I load 30 rounds into a magazine, sling a WASR over my shoulder, and walk the streets of Harrisburg? I do not plan on doing this and explained in the other thread that if I saw someone open carrying an AK I would be on the phone ASAP and expect to see Harrisburg CRT team there in minutes.
