You hear a lot of talk about enforcing existing laws but rarely is it backed with specifics. As the link shows, the killer of Sgt Liczbinski had no less than
thirteen arrests for illegally carrying a firearm, none of which were prosecuted.
The next time someone tries to blame gun owners for the death of Sgt Liczbinski, you can say without exaggeration that the murderer had a fifteen page arrest record, and he should not have been on the streets to kill anyone with an SKS or any other weapon.
