Start shooting with more knowledgeable shooters, then.

A clip is a piece of metal that simply contains rounds. It has no spring, it has no follower. It is used to load rounds INTO a MAGAZINE contained within the weapon.

A magazine has both a spring and a follower. A clip has neither.
