Whether it's at the ice cream stand, or at a department store, unless you keep saying, "Please, you go first", then there are people lined up behind you.

Other than a playground, I can't think of a place where there could be a larger concentration of soccer moms and rug rats. No SWAT team showed up? Imagine that.
One of the first times I OCd was to an ice cream stand... we went to the one I figured would be less busy... I was wrong. Must have been a little league team or something. There were about 30 kids running around. I didn't sense any panic from anyone.
