There was an article about how the one guy had at least a dozen arrests with something like 7 convictions for armed robbery and the like. Is anyone honestly surprised that this happend??

he wanted to check back into his holiday inn... when he gets bored of his stay, he just asks for parole and they let him loose to buy a weapon of any kind on the street (where laws don't apply to criminals) so when he gets bored and needs a place to stay for a little bit, he can just get caught robbing someplace again.
