he wanted to check back into his holiday inn... when he gets bored of his stay, he just asks for parole and they let him loose to buy a weapon of any kind on the street (where laws don't apply to criminals) so when he gets bored and needs a place to stay for a little bit, he can just get caught robbing someplace again.
