Relating to keeping the bad guys in jail, did you guys read about some of the various states' correctional institutions thinking about releasing some 100,000 or so total inmates back into society because they think it's better that the states not have to pay to keep these guys incarcarated? (They said only non-violent and non-sexual, but all the drug traffickers and such that didn't assault anyone may get released.) They blamed their argument on the economy and rising costs...what a bunch of BS.
