According to the library of Congress, http://thomas.loc.gov/, and all bills must go through the library of Congress once they are submitted, 1022 is an invalid bill number. I couldn't find anything to reauthorize the AWB using the flexible search either. Maybe McCarthy has just run this up the flagpole?
