Uh, that sounds more like a muzzle brake to me.

What's really funny is that the California "Assault Weapons" ban, which is the template by which all socialist state governments write anti-gun ordinances, was originally founded by Feinstein using alot of the info from Brady.......so Flash Suppressors are illegal for the same reason ("they ensure accuracy during rapid fire") and, get this

, "they hide the shooter's location"

I always thought that
muzzle breaks gave you stability, and that flash suppressors helped keep you from going blind, insuring that you could see what you are shooting at.
These idiots can't seem to make up their mind - they decry people shooting randomly and causing random death, so they take away options they believe allow you to shoot randomly and cause random death, bu that are also designed to
increase accuracy because when you have increased accuracy, death results.
HUH!?!?!?!!?!!
Oh - and you CAN have a muzzle break, but you CAN'T have a flash suppressor in CA. So apparently you CAN shoot more accurately, but not really, but maybe you can, but maybe Feinstein doesn't know about it......
