bolt action rifle with a 4x scope. (It is known Whitman had other firearms with him- multiple pistols, a sawed off shotgun and an M-1 Carbine- the weapon that most likely killed was the
bolt action rifle.
Robert Hawkins: Killed 8 in
crowded mall. Weapon used- semi-automatic AK-47.
Seems to me, bolt action rifles have had a bit more influence on history.
