Quick update for Philly residents. Strike my comment about the police ignoring Nutter's illegal laws. Police Chief Ramsey has just stated on camera that his strategy is to pretend he never heard the DA state her refusal to prosecute and he still plans on making arrests.
It is sort of interesting to see what public officials will say on TV without showing even the slightest bit of embarrassment.

Just when you thought it was safe to go back into the water. I guess we'll have to see how this plays out after all.
My guess is that even if they don't actually prosecute on these laws, if they do arrest, they'll revoke someones LTCF as an easy form of harassment . . . uh, er, I mean . . . law enforcement.
