The real sad part about this is that a lot of legislative time went into the passing of these laws that now cannot be enforeced (and shouldn't be). Instead of wasting time/resources on this Nut-job could have been leading meaningful legislation passage that could help reduce crime.
I hope that all the people suffering from crime in Philly are real proud of this idiot they elected.
