I doubt it would break up the aircraft, but it would suck.

This was tested on Mythbusters. They fired a handgun through the window of a pressurized aircraft to see what would happen.

Almost nothing did. Sure, there was a hole and a very small leak, but otherwise, the results were hardly catastrophic. They had to use explosives to tear a hole in the aircraft large enough to actually cause a true explosive decompression.
