There were a few handguns too.
It was almost a group shoot.
Our intention was to test fire 2 Yugo SKS to make sure the replacement firing pins would function properly, (and they did). Then you bought a Chinese SKS yesterday that had to be test fired, and you had that 7.62X54 that I don't remember the name of, that's a nice shooting gun.
I had to fire a few rounds from my CZ .222 to get them out of the way so I could reload them, Garry had to finally fire his CZ .223,
(bought it before Christmas, waited this long to enjoy it), TheBuckslayer had to test a few reloads in his CZ .223, then we had to let you shoot something other than a Glock. (Revolvers can be fun too). For some reason we didn't even fire my SKS,
(What was I thinking?).I guess we were just having too much fun.
It turned out to be a great day in spite of the cool breeze. (OK, the temp and moving air made it a cold windy day), but we still had fun.
And talk about good timing, I was about half way home when it started to rain. We couldn't have planned it better if we tried.
We're going to have to do it again real soon.
I'm sure we can get brian, nijwnfi, and a few others to join us.
