Smile New Pony in the safe

I think I might be getting into a new addiction

I went to a gun show this past weekend in Allentown and there she was.
I've been busy collecting mostly S&W wheelies but I've been looking to add the right Colt DS to my collection of snubbies. I wanted something clean, but not something that I wouldn't want to shoot because it was unfired or "too nice to shoot".

I ran across this Colt Cobra that fit my bill. It looks like its had very few rounds through it and it probably never saw any time in a holster or a pocket. The finish is absolutely beautiful and the checkering on the grips is perfect. The last three numbers of the serial number are hand written on the inside of the grips.
According to the serial number, the gun was made in 1967.

I put 24 rounds through her last night and I can't believe how nice she shoots and how good the trigger is.
I know that there will be more of these little ponys joining this one in my safe
(The gun looks much in person better than my pictures)

Here's a great pair of snubbies from the late 60's. The S&W M60 was made in 1969.

My M38 Body Guard wanted to play too

And you will know my name is the Lord when I lay my vengeance upon thee.
