Latest was that PA will honor valid FL permit under all circumstances. If you want PA LTCF as well ($26) Centre County Sheriff will issue with the fee and copy of your state of residence permit. This also was an excellent process. You can get the forms from their website. As I remember it, about 3 weeks mailbox to mailbox.
