I've got to come back to this again because this is exactly why we are losing the Country we once had and it's driving me nuts. If the laws on the books are only the laws if an elected official likes them, then why have laws and/or which ones can we count on protecting us?
We used to be a Country that had a Constitution and Bill or Rights; we have become a Country of politicians blowing sunshine up our asses to get into office then implementing their personal agendas even if it violates this Countries laws that we depend on to be protected.
IF what the Attorney General said IS true, then if we didn't vote for the "Sheriff" then do we have to accept his personal agendas that violate current laws? I mean what if the Sheriff got elected primarily for reason "X" then does "Y" in a totally different area of law? Under those circumstances how can it be possible (what the AG said)?
If the current perversion of government is to continue (lets guess

) then shouldn't citizens who challenge these perversions and win be awarded damages since said "elected official" violated standing rights/laws?
Is anyone else as outraged as I am that our Government is freaken trashed and we have no hope for the future? We ultimately have no say anymore unless we have pockets with no bottom.
