1. Dare I ask what your charge would be, as in this case, the homeowner never asked them to leave?

2. Once you had charged the ATF Agents with a crime, how did you decide that 24 hours was the appropriate punishment? I'm pretty sure as a Law Enforcement Officer, you would need probable cause to exist that (1) a crime was committed and (2) that the person you are arresting likely committed that crime. I was always under the impression that a judicial figure would determine the punishment, least that's how it works where I am from.

3. I will not even ask about how the Supremacy clause would apply in this case.
