I don't think courtroom size will be an issue. Courtroom 1 belongs to the President Judge and my attorney tells me it is the 'showpiece' of the courthouse.
QuincyTwpConstable posted in the main thread that there are 12-24 lockboxes. Twelve may not be enough, depending on how many are already in use before we arrive. I would expect 24 to be plenty. In any event, alerting them ahead of time is a good idea, since then they will know what to expect and should take the responsibility to have a contingency plan in place if needed (not that they will actually
do that).
While possible, I seriously doubt that the date will be changed at the last minute. Numerous subpoenas have been issued, so it's not a simple matter of telling me and the (soon to be former) Sheriff to come back a different day.
