Last time something like that happened in pgh there was like 4 helicopters(mostly news i'm sure), and the whole city was no joke shutdown and all the guy had was a pellet gun.

haha I remember that, "sniper on the roof" made national news.
once we get the record on OC of a handgun set straight with the public and law enforcement,
then we can work on OC of a rifle.
