I am sure IF the government can only pass enough progressive “common sense” laws and get rid of that old, outdated, antiquated Constitution with its enumerated individual rights the lawsuits will go away, we will always be in the right, because the law will be what ever we say it is.

Note the peasant actually tried to defend themselves against our elite Special Weapons Attack Team and being nice guys we won't charge him, this time.


Sarcasm off: I really am glad that no one was hurt, including police officers and these dynamic entries, no knock raids on the wrong home are becoming way too common, especially with the fact that the justice system will probably just slap the criminals on the wrist anyway.
