Default Re: I need a gun rights attorney in Philly

Hey Kev,
My attorney (who doesn't handle this kind of stuff) recommended that you speak to a guy named John Mirowitz.

I believe this is his contact information:
John Mirowitz. ESQ
161 East Duncannon Ave
Philadelphia, PA. 19120
Tel # 215-324-0603 or 215-324-8221
Fax # 215-457-6304

He says this guy should be able to help you out but as always with lawyers have your checkbook ready. My lawyer estimates that something like this could easily cost over $1k when all is said and done.

He also wanted me to mention that in many cases with administrative denials there is a time limit on how long you have to appeal them. He mentioned it may be as little as 20 days so get things started ASAP.

Good luck with everything and please keep us up to date, there is nothing more I would like to see than someone winning a gun lawsuit against the city and the PD.
