I would not get involved in such a deal personally.

Ship the firearm to the purchaser's FFL in their state of residence.

Technically if the firearm is a long gun you could give it to the brother, take the cash, be on your way and what the brothers do is between them. However the buyer is going to have to get it via an FFL whether it's from you or his brother so I can't see why he'd want to do it that way unless I am missing something.

There's plenty of buyers for guns, avoid shady people.
