This answer is questionable. The first part of the answer is correct, you do not need a Pa. LTCF before you get one from Fla. However there are issues about answer about the need for one if you do have a Fla. permit. As you can see in
this thread there is reason to believe that you could be charged with illegally carrying in Pa. if you are a Pa. resident and are trying to use another state's permit for reciprocity purposes.
