There have been prosecutions under the amended GFSZ law. One court of appeals has held the law to be constitutional as re-written. One U.S. District Court in a different federal circuit has held that it is still unconstitutional. The 3rd Circuit (which includes Pennsylvania) has not spoken on the matter, to the best of my knowledge.
This refers, of course, to the Federal act. The state law is entirely different.
