Don't worry folks.
Seems a few angry folk have given ALL of us a very bad image. The solution is clear... I simply send these anger-filled
(kinda' ironic, isn't it?)people a nice letter and include letters of reference from friends, neighbors and my third grade math teacher. When they see what a wonderfully polite, and kind person I am, their view of ALL of you will turn around in our favor.
Right?
