Actually, the first thought that came to my mind was that you either weren't old enough, or were somehow prohibited from a carry permit, but not owning a gun. Your personal beliefs never came to mind. Also since you never actually said that you didn't have or want an LTCF, I also assumed that you were just a proponent of open carry and wanted a clarification.

As for your question, a bicycle is it's own thing, not a "pedestrian" and not a motor vehicle, however, I think the question to ask is, can you get a DUI on a bicycle? If so, it's a vehicle.
