Thank you everyone for the feedback and posts. Like I said, this was just me sitting down, at the time, writing what I was thinking. It is no way is supposed to be completely thought out ideas, just my off cuff ramblings. I don't think we will ever, nor will the legislators ever, arrive at a plan without effective discussion and reasonable back and forth between us. Again, thank you for reading me ramble, and for the great feedback.
