Have you tried CZ Forum at
http://p201.ezboard.com/bczechpistols82792 Lots of good info on all CZs including problems and fixes. Depending on the amount of use the P-01 has had, it may need to have the extractor removed and cleaned. This has been known to cause FTF in other CZ models.
